Summary:
PBMHR has one (1) opening for an LPN to work with the supervised living department. This position is located in Ellisville. Position will work mainly M-F 8a-5p but will vary in schedule to accommodate after-hours issues as needed. Experience working with the ID/DD population preferred.

Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities. Our nine county service area includes Forrest, Jones, Lamar, Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, Marion, Perry, and Wayne Counties.
Requirements:
Education/License:
Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program
Must have MS LPN license
Class D driver's license required within two weeks of hire
Work Experience/Skills:
Experience working with ID/DD population preferred
Behavioral health experience preferred
Efficient use of time management and energy by keeping thoughts free of obstruction in an effort to diffuse issues and needs of consumers
Independent work ability
Responsibilities:
Assists in transportation of clients which requires a MS CDL Class D license.
Documents pertinent observation and intervention on appropriate record.
Functions as an assistant supervisor when not providing nursing services.
Performs delegated independent nursing functions using established procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards as observed by the physician.
Utilizes nursing knowledge and skills in the safe implementation of basic preventative nursing care of assigned patient as evidenced by documentation and observation of positive patient care outcomes.
