PBMHR has an immediate opening for a Clinical Supervisor for the MYPAC program.  This position is based in Hattiesburg. Work hours are M-F, 8a-5p with on-call duties. Position will be responsible for ensuring that MS Department of Mental Health, Department of Medicaid, and PBMHR clinical requirements are met.

The MYPAC Clinical Administrator position is a key position to increase the knowledge of staff in the wraparound process and increases support for families in the community.

MYPAC (Mississippi Youth Programs Around the Clock) addresses the unique needs of those who could benefit from a more personalized service. MYPAC staff partner with families, youth, and community resources allowing families the most successful outcome possible within their home and community setting. This program provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric residential treatment.


  • Master's degree in behavioral healthcare with license eligibility required
  • Professional clinical licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Must possess a valid Mississippi driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Use of personal vehicle to provide services in the community

  • Work Experience/Skills:

  • Behavioral health internship required 
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve conflict in an efficient and timely manner
  • Sedentary work endurance ability
  • Fine motor skills for legible and accurate writing of reports, daily correspondence and presentation, either manually or orally

  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervises daily needs of staff at local office. 
  • Serves as licensed therapist in monthly Child and Family WRAP team meetings and ISP development/updates.
  • Provides ongoing WRAP coaching staff.
  • Assists with processing new referral cases, conducts initial meetings with families, obtains needed paperwork, and conducts intakes for new referrals.
  • Assists with after-hours calls from front line staff.
  • Ensures the implementation of all wraparound components and processes are culturally responsive to the population served, are family driven and youth guided and are used to continually improve and sustain wraparound efforts.
