Summary:
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has two immediate openings for Wraparound Facilitators on the MYPAC program to work with children and adolescents. Position is based in Gulfport, MS but will provide services on the MS Gulf Coast. On-call duties required. Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.

MYPAC (Mississippi Youth Programs Around the Clock) addresses the unique needs of those who could benefit from a more personalized service. MYPAC staff partner with families, youth, and community resources allowing families the most successful outcome possible within their home and community setting. This program provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric residential treatment.

Requirements:
Education/License:

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral healthcare required
  • Must possess a valid Mississippi Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Reliable transportation required for services provided in the community
  • Must be able to obtain DMH case management certification within 90 days of hire

    Work Experience/Skills:

  • Excellent communications skills required
  • Independent work ability
  • Behavioral healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience working in crisis services preferred
  • Experience working with children and adolescents preferred

  • Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the team building and WRAP around meeting process with Youth & Families served to include formal and informal resources.
  • Provides 24/7 coverage for MYPAC participants as required by PBMHR policies and procedures.
  • Works with families to facilitate strengths-based plan of care that will be integrated with clinical care.
