Summary:
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is actively seeking an energetic and motivated Staff Development Coordinator.  The Staff Development Coordinator will facilitate training and professional development courses to enhance the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disability and substance use disorders.  The Coordinator will also maintain the Reilas tracking system for the agency's initial, onboarding and annual training requirements.  The position is M-F, 8a-5p, and will be based out of the Administrative office in Hattiesburg.  

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is looking for a candidate with the ability to think independently to determine direction of workflow and has the ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects to complete on schedule.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in behavioral health field
  • Professional clinical license preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Valid MS driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Reliable Transportation to provide services in the community
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership.

  • Develops, implements, manages and evaluates customized professional development programs for all clinical staff.
