Summary:
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Child AOP Clinician for Hancock and Pearl River Counties in MS. The purpose of the AOP Clinician is to provide clinical therapy services and emergency services to youths and their families; to participate in team staffing and functions as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team; to provide community education services as needed; demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the youth served.  The AOP Clinician must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care needed as require by DMH and PBMHR standard. 

For 50 years, Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has served individuals throughout the Pine Belt.  Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities.  Our eighteen county service area includes Amite, Franklin, Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, Wayne Counties. 

Requirements:
Master's Degree in behavioral Healthcare Required, Licensure eligibility required
One (1) year work experience preferred
Must possess valid Class D MS Commercial driver's license within 30 days of employment
Successfully pass a security sensitive background screening
 

Responsibilities:
Ability to apply knowledge and communication to age specific carecompetencies
Ability to conduct therapy appropriate to youth needs by using EBP (CBT, TFCBT)
Ability to develop individual plan of treatment for each youth
Ability to document the therapeutic process
Ability to follow company guidelines related to personnel policies and procedures
