Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Director of County Operations to oversee all day-to-day operations of the comprehensive community mental health county satellite offices in multiple counties. This position is located in Forrest County. The Director of County Operations plays a vital role at Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources in providing supervision and oversight to the program, including developing and implementing budgets, grant applications, and specialty programs; providing staff supervision and community outreach; and analyzing data and implementing plans to address patterns and trends. The ideal candidate would possess a strong understanding of treatment of SMI and SED diagnoses. The hours for this position are typically M-F, 8a-5p. Some afterhours responsibilities and overnight travel are required. For 50 years, Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has served individuals throughout the Pine Belt. Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities. Our eighteen-county service area includes Amite, Franklin, Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, Wayne Counties.
