Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Director of County Operations to oversee all day-to-day operations of the comprehensive community mental health county satellite offices in multiple counties. This position is located in Forrest County. The Director of County Operations plays a vital role at Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources in providing supervision and oversight to the program, including developing and implementing budgets, grant applications, and specialty programs; providing staff supervision and community outreach; and analyzing data and implementing plans to address patterns and trends. The ideal candidate would possess a strong understanding of treatment of SMI and SED diagnoses. The hours for this position are typically M-F, 8a-5p. Some afterhours responsibilities and overnight travel are required. For 50 years, Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has served individuals throughout the Pine Belt.
